TEACHING CONTENT: For the educator seeking topic-specific content for learners (E.g. sample slide sets, screening tools, sample learning objectives for topics such as falls, neglect, and caregiver burden)

This section is for someone creating a talk/curriculum about common home-based care or geriatrics topics. The section is arranged by topic. Slidesets may be modified for your own use (with credit to the creator, please). We have included many relevant screening tools that can be downloaded and provided to learners, such as the Zarit Burden Interview – you might review with a learner in advance and have them complete an assessment during their home visits. The Home Based Care Reading List (also stored under Faculty Resources) can also be used to recommend readings to learners.
