MODULES: For the interprofessional learner new to home-based care

These modules are free for interprofessional learners to use and do not require an AAHCM subscription or login to use. They are optimized for use on a mobile device. There is a certificate of completion available after taking a short quiz. You may consider requiring completion of some or all of these modules of the learners on your rotation
